How I added some sparkle to customer contact emails

This is the latest and greatest way to keep your customers in tune with your products & services. 

Video is the not-so-new kid on the block when it comes to helping keep in touch with your contact leads or client base. Give them something sharp, snappy, and kind of interesting and you'll be at the forefront of their thoughts in their flooded email inbox world...

I know this works, as client of mine was on the receiving end of one of my latest emails - in fact it wasn't an email per se. It had a subject line titled: "I Want One Of Those" and all that was in the body of the email was a link to a YouTube video.

Well the content, style, delivery and impact made him call me straight away. He commissioned a short video to send out to his client list and was blown away by the response. Here's one response he received:

"Very thought provoking.
Love the visual transitions.
Very clever bit of software editing.
Seriously, should be entered for a digital graphics award."

I'm not posting the comment to improve my ego - I'm trying to convey the power of this media for getting in touch with your lead generation database or renewing contact with your clients.
